Investment Disposed of on The Rock, Bury

Acting on behalf of a regional prop co, Fletcher CRE have successfully disposed of a retail investment at the Rock Bury. Occupiers include Greenhalghs Bakery and Yorkshire Building Society. The investment was producing £57,500 per annum and the sale was agreed to a private property investor at a return of 9%.
