Huntingdon House conversions exchanges pre completion

Fletcher CRE have disposed of the residential investment at Huntingdon House, Bolton. This office to residential conversion comprised of 41 apartments with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments. The development was completed by MCR properties and a sale was agreed prior to completion of the conversion.
